Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your registered phone number or email to receive a verification code for resetting your password. If you are still experiencing issues, contact our support team via Live Chat for immediate assistance.

Q: My account is locked. What should I do?

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact our support team via Live Chat to restore access immediately after a quick identity verification.

Q: Can I log in from multiple devices at the same time?

Your rk77 account can be accessed from multiple devices, but simultaneous active sessions on two or more devices may trigger an automatic security check. For the best uninterrupted experience, we recommend logging in on one device at a time. Log out from the old device before logging in on a new one.

Q: Is logging in via the mobile app secure?

Yes, the rk77 mobile app uses the same level of encryption as the web version — 256-bit SSL with security certificates updated on a regular basis. In addition, the app supports login via fingerprint or facial recognition on devices that support those biometric features for greater convenience and security.

Q: Why do I need to register a new account when I already have an old one?

You do not need to register a new account. Use your existing login credentials. Each user is only permitted one active account under rk77 platform policy. If you have trouble accessing your old account, contact our support team and we will help restore your access securely.

Account Security

Protect Your Account Stay Safe at All Times

Your account security is a shared responsibility. rk77 provides best-in-class security infrastructure, but there are a few simple practices you can follow to keep your account protected at all times.

Use a password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or name as a password.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings. This extra security layer ensures only you can access your account, even if your password is compromised.
Always log out of your account after you are done playing, especially when using a public device or a device shared with others.
Always access rk77 through the official URL only. Check your browser's address bar to ensure there are no suspicious spellings or unrecognized domains.
Update your password regularly, at least once every three months. Do not reuse the same password across other platforms.
If you receive any email or message asking for your login credentials, do not comply. Contact rk77 support directly via Live Chat for verification.
